Polovtsian Dances by Maestro Vladimir Issaev is a celebrated masterpiece of the Russian Opera Ballet repertoire. Created by Issaev in 2013 and premiered to great acclaim the choreography brings to life the vibrant dances from Alexander Borodin’s opera, “Since Igor” with over 30 dancers!
This is a rare opportunity to experience a grand, historically significant ballet never before performed in the region. Choreographed by internationally renowned Maestro Vladimir Issaev and supported by Prima Ballerina Mary Carmen Catoya, the program guarantees artistic excellence and detailed execution. The program’s merit lies in its unique fusion of classical ballet, operatic music and cultural storytelling, providing a richly immersive experience.
